So - I ended up donating the Bubblelicious to a friend. I'm actually on my way out the door to go check it out, and get some water/nute solution Ph'd for him.
Anyways - I'm on day 45 for the bigger girl, 43 on the smaller girl. They are doing great still. I can't believe how friggin tall these girls got - the name "Short Rider" was a bit misleading... maybe I just got a different Phenotype though. The taller one is approx 40" tall, the shorter one is maybe 3' tall. On day 20 they were about 1' to 14" tall, so they pretty well TRIPLED in overall size in just 20 days. I think I could have gotten away with topping or supercropping, but didn't try because I was under the impression that it's bad to stress/stunt autoflowering plants due to their short veg cycle. Anyways, at day 20 I discontinued the Fox Farm Grow Big, and switched to Flowering Nutrients. My last feeding was: (all fox farm) 3tsp Big Bloom, 2tsp Tiger Bloom, 1/4 tsp ChaChing, 2Ml Humboldt Roots, 1Ml Cal/Mag and 1Ml Azamax which was all Ph'd to 6.3.
I did have a small Fungus Gnat problem, but amazingly it was cured with 1 application of the Azamax. That's also why I used the Humboldt Roots so late in the game - I figured if the larvae were feeding on my roots - a little love for them couldn't hurt. I think I will continue to follow the manufacturers reccomended dosing schedule on the Azamax just incase some of the larvae survived and are on their way to becoming adults ready to fuck and make more babies to eat my precious roots.
Anyways - the buds are really starting to develop. They are getting more dense, and are starting to grow together/ fill in. The way I figure, I'm somewhere in the 3rd week of flower (day 45 overall minus 20 since that's when 1st pistils showed up = day 25 in flower?). Hopefully she doesn't decide to finish up in the 60 days as advertised by Nirvana. I really hope that I can keep her producing buds for another 35 days minimum so I get a total of 8 weeks in flower. Longer than that is ok with me too. I am not going to chop her based on # of days... I'm going to watch closely and chop when SHE tells me to.
Enough RAMBLING - here it is - 3 glamour shots of some premature buds (don't laugh)

As stated in earlier journal entries - not sure why all my pictures look YELLOW! She is luscious green still. I need to get another camera or something I guess.
If anyone has grown this strain before, could you tell me how these compared to yours at 45 days? I am anxious to start seeing some trichome development because as of right now - there is very little, pretty much none at all, trichomes on my girl. KEEPING MY FINGERS CROSSED that she "frosts up" soon.
Keep it green guys. Thanks for stopping by. I would post many more updates if I had EVEN ONE person subscribed to my journal :(
