I topped a couple plants on Tues and decided that it would be worth it to try and stick the tops in some clone x and root riot to see if they would grow. Initially I had them so they werent getting enough fresh air and the leaves got all wilted. I opened things up a bit and let the air flow and left them be . Today when I looked at them all of the old/original leaves were dead but 1 if the clones has 2 little new leaves, and the other ones stem is still nice and green and it looks like there is some new growth popping up a little on that one too. I am just wondering if it's even possible that they might be okay, or since all the original leaves have died, they just are not gonna make it ? Also about how long will it take before I start to see roots if they are going to root ? Thanks any and all advice is greatly appreciated .
