There's not much info. on the Mandala strain called Fruitylicious so I thought I'd grow it for the first time and journal the grow. I popped her directly into some soil on Friday, May 18th, and by Monday, May 21st, she was peeking out of the soil.

I decided to put a Mandala Satori seed in some soil once I saw how fast the Fruitylicious sprouted, and I'll do a comparison on the two strains.

They will grow under natural sunlight for a couple of weeks; I'll then be growing them in a stealth grow box under 6 CFLs for 6 weeks until all of the visitors I'm expecting in the next few weeks have come and gone. After that, I'll throw them into flower under a 400 watt HPS system until they are finished.

Today the Fruitylicious is 3 days old (I always start counting from the day the seedling breaks soil) and looks like this:

The Satori has not done anything but hopefully she'll show her beautiful self by this weekend!

Happy growing!

I sure as hell hope so! LOL! I'll let them hang outside just until my Satori sprouts her first true leaves and them put them in my grow box. No chance of puppies getting to her that way! Especially since I have a new baby coming next weekend who will only be 6 wks. old and exploring everything!! I would have loved to do an outside grow but ... I'll have to do that when I hook up a space not too far in the woods that I can sorta close off inconspicuously. Trying to add my maryjane to the garden with the rest of my veggies is too risky!! I'm sorta glad to grow indoors though because I'm used to it and from all the reading on other outdoor grows, the pest problem may add too much extra drama to the grow.

Anyways ... I think they'll be good this go round and I'm really eager to try out my new box! Got the temps to stay around 90F when in the closet, and 75-80F when the box is outside of the closet in the room with the a/c running. I'm cool with 90F though.

    Holla!
