the thing with cfl's is for the same amount of wattage... you could be using hps. i know people talk about heat, but with that many cfl's in those pics its just as hot if not hotter than one hps light. you can get a hps setup for under 200 new. so they aren't that exspensive. they work waaaaaayy better than cfl. i've done both. your electric bill is the same too. 250 or 400 watts is the same wether its cfl or hps.

and its not nearly as dangerous as having all those rigged up sockets and 10 wires plugged into one outlet.

not knockin you setup, obviously its working. but i did the same thing before i went to hps. ill never go back to cfl. twice the yield.
