Things got delayed, but the new deep water culture (DWC) system is finally up and running.

For anyone who might not be familiar with DWC, Deep water culture hydroponics works by suspending your plant roots into a nutrient solution that is heavily oxygenated with air stones.

In my case, I have several air stones in the reservoir and a pump circulates the water through a series of buckets where the plants are suspended. I'm hoping the air stones in the reservoir will be sufficient, but if not I can always add one to each bucket as well. Any suggestions from others who have more experience with DWC?

i do dwc one air pump should be fine. especially if the water is circulating as well.

airstones will clog up after about a month or so. you can clean them by soaking overnight in h2o2. for a long time last grow i was using clogged airstones with verry little airflow but the buds still turned out. im sure you will be fine.
also those are huge net pots. they dont really need to be that big, the roots will be in the res. im using 4 inchers.
