I think you could start flowing but if i were you, I would not. I would wait for the plants to recover a little more from their slightly dramatic childhood, lol. I would let it grow approx. 6" taller then start to flower since you have a 8' tall space. I am an amateur though so don't take my advice too much to heart.

P.S. I would appreciate some comments on my journal.

hey man i agree with clone o matic.. he has a point about the stressful childhood they might of had, this way u will be garunteed nice quality bud if u let her settle and grow a little more.. dont forget tho, the bigger and unmaintained they are the more problems u can have.. not always, but i have had that problem with multiple huge plants, couldnt control pests, got out of hand. But yes, grow them a little longer then flower, try and flower with a 400watt HPS, that would be ideal, you could even go 600watt HPS but you would have to manage the heat some how. Annnd ive had alot of experience with kush, if your plant is kush then it is probly an og kush or a mix of skunk and kush, its a light green so some sort of og kush or master kush i would think.. becuz kush plants are usually very dark green and stick like a mofo so you should be able to tell just by how reziny the leaves are in flower.. kush is a very sticky, stinky, thick, dark plant, if you dono if its kush by now chances are its probly not, cuz if its an og like i said, thats the stinkies kush out there in my opinion. Sooo you should know if its kush or not by now.. i was able to pick mine out when i first started, i was even able to pick out my purple kush all while they were in veg. i was impressed with myself lol. but ya grow them longer, maintain them, and get a nice flower light, the more power the bigger buds for the most part right, u wanna get it as bright as possible, as close to the sun as possible.. 1000watts are key but thats not going to happen in that small of space unless u get a AC in there lol. goodluck tho bro, check out my signature for my first 2 grows.. my 1st grow was soooo intense, didnt know wtf i was doing i had over 42 plants lmao

and plants can go yellow for many different reasons at many different times, glad u got that sorted out tho. the only times mine have gone yellow is late in flower becuz there is no nitrogen being provided (not needed for bud formation) or they went yellow when they were rootbound and needed transplanting. couple little tips mayb they will help

you should go into flowering if, you are happy with the plants distance fom the light- cfl should be close to the plant, 6 inches or a foot away, if you don't want to get a better light. it would take them time to adjust too with a new light you would get more but it would take longer. the plant looks pretty good, if it's going downhill , has bugs and its starting to look worse, you may want to start flowering, finish making clones (or not) and its the 'beginning of the end'
