Started these seeds on March 2nd and transferred them into the expanding clay pellets on the 7th. This is the grow set up:
Type: Deep Water Culture
Lights: T5, 4 foot, 8 bulb, 6500K
Medium: Expanding clay pebbles in 8" net bucket lids
Nutrients: currently in full Vegetative state, 33% of full recommended strength solution, of General Hydroponics Flora series using gro, bloom, and micro.
Plants are looking extremely healthy. I have never seen pictures of such young plants being so bushy and have so many nodes when so young. I am keeping the PH between 5.6 and 6.1 and 5.8 is my sweet spot.
Pictures below are of Plant 1 and Plant 2.
Plant 1 seems to have some slight mutation of leaves. i.e. not growing in pairs, growing leaves with even number of fingers, bent stalk, etc.
Plant 2 is perfect. No mutations and growing strong. Only problem is I see a small burn/maybe the plant eating itself on one of its bottom leaves. You can see it in one of the pictures. Any advice would help!
I will keep updating with pictures/problems
