I am building a flower room utilizing vertical and horizontal lighting. I am using 600w HPS bulbs paired to Galaxy 600/400w switchable ballasts. All are controlled using a Helios 15 240V from Sun Systems. Genetics are Bianca, Caramelicious, and Durban Poison, all H1 seeds from AMS. Vegetative performance is achieved using 400w MH bulbs paired with Galaxy 400/250w switchable ballasts. Nutrients will be delivered via a combination DWC/Ebb and Flow system constructed using 3and 5 gallon buckets. Ebb and flow action will exchange the DWC puddle in the 5 gallons, as well as flooding the root ball. Air stones in each site will provide O2 for roots. Nutrients are Mineral form to avoid yucky poo water. Target Ph is 5.7-6.0. Target Temp is 76F/24C. Target PPm's/EC vary by stage of course. Target RH is 30%. P.S. I'm called nuts, crazy,weird,lunatic, Etc. at least twice a day. I know I'm not maximizing my light. The object is the maximize the plants, as I can only legally grow 12. 8 will be in the flower room. 4 are mothers, but are considered flower because of the size.
