I have pics and 2 different things going on help please

They are flowereing but not like they should VERY SLOWLY. Finally the last two are like the first four but these ones have been in flower for about 2 weeks no hairs or anyhing yet. Please help.     How big are the pots ? how often do you water ? what is your ph ? ppm ? temps ,?lighting ? nutes..
    Could be root bound - Could be under/overwatered - Could be to hig or low - Could be more veg nutes den bloom etc.. Good Luck.

    3 gallon pots water every 3rd day or when the pot is light to pick up ph is 6.5 use ro water 75-80 degrees t5 for veg 1000hps for flower i use bc grow bloom boost thrive red awesome blossom i follow technaflora recipe for success. They are NOT root bound I'm not a newbie been doin this for 4 yrs but this has me stumped and a little pissed off i have everything right i might just start all over again but i have a great or i should say had a great perpetual thing goin then this happened. I will finish what I have because i can't bring myself to chop down any plant unless its a male lol. Gonna try vannilla kush, red dragon, and tangerine dream any thoughts on these three strains, the pictures are ladyburn and lemon skunk.

    Id say over watering and heat stress.3gal pot are too small

    Definetly thepaintchef now that is heat stress LOL. and you definetly want to ugrade thoughs pots to 5 gallon and nut burn is definetly another source to your plroblem.

    Id go with 7gal depending on space.
