Inning #3 (4) NLB's ~ Bases Loaded ~ Day 35 From Clones

Just a verbage update concerning everything that is going on. The (4) girls are doing extremely well as we progress in Medical School. They took on a new shower today of "Moxie Mix" and seem to be resting comfy in their Folger Dorm Room. "Light's out at 9 Girls", "And no talking tonight !" .... I swear I heard "Alright Dad" from one of them!
Everything is coming together with the Flowering Cab, as the only big ticket item that I have left to purchase is a 14 gauge extension cord to juice it up. We have all things buttoned up for the transition of the new dorm room for the girls, as they will go from the Folger Dorm Rooms, to the more spacious 5 - Gallon "Smart Pots" that will be their home during the Flowering aspect. I will go through the checklist more thoroughly on Friday, as I know I will miss something that will leave me in a panic and need to scramble for some part or item. I just want things to go so stress free ...
... Which brings me to the water leak that transpired on Monday evening. At appx. 6:30 pm, my wife received a call from the little old lady that lives downstairs from us. She told my wife that there was water dripping into her apartment, as we were running our washing machine. I immediately shut the washer, as well as hit the shut-off valve. I then asked my wife to go downstairs to see how much water, as well as damage was being incurred from this problem. She was gone no less than one minute, when a bang on the open door was heard by me. It was our landlord.
I had about 5 seconds before he climbed the 13 stairs to shut the door to the HCR where I keep the plants. He walked in and proceeded into the kitchen area where the washer is located. Then into the bathroom that is adjacent to the washer ( wall divide) and saw what appeared to him as Kitty Litter in the sink. I assured him that I was not dumb enough to pour used Kitty Litter into the sink. (We have been here for 15 years). We, or should I say He, talked my head off for about 20 - 25 minutes, and I thought for sure that his Maine Sheriff days would soon kick in, and that I would be busted for sure for dis-obeying his wishes in not growing MMJ in the apartment.
But nothing was stated as to that, and that he would return on Wednesday with a professional plumber. Well today I made sure that everything was in order, and that nothing would tip him off as to what was going on behind door number three. It was a very close call, and one that needs watching over in precautions if I am to be able to grow and be somewhat stealth in doing so. I know that I am all legal ( Subject to change without notice), and that he cannot out - right evict me. However, He has all the right to go up on the rent, and get rid of us that way. I do not think he would, but one can never be so sure.
I can only say ..."It was too close for comfort !!"
