I make chillers out of old air conditioners. I take the coil put in into a cooler full of water chill the water use a submersible pump, pump the chilled water thru a anodized coil ( that I buy on ebay from summit racing) and put the coil in the res. None of my nutes come in contact with anything but the chilled anodized coil. Just a thought. Res temps in aero are very important. Once you get the temps under control, you will have to work on cycle times.
