Well, what can I say, I haven't been too active on RIU. My time has been EXTREMELY limited as of late. I envisioned becoming a prolific poster with inquisition and shared knowledge, but it seems that I must budget my time to other areas.
But I am also never one to start something and not finish it. So here goes my latest update; as infrequent as this grow journal has become.
First...PICS!

There has been so much going on with this grow. We got a white powdery mildew showing up in small patches. Fortunately, we knocked that down because it never got out of hand. Wow, bugs and mildew in the same grow. We're torching EVERYTHING after harvest and starting over on the room. We're going to make a damn clean room environment and have control over the mother strains without outside influence now. I hope that will help avoid our problems the next grow.
I have amber hairs, and trichs that are 10-20% cloudy. I decided to start the week with a new batch of nutrients. I'll probably only run nutrients another 3 or 4 days at the most. Then I'll flush for a good 7-10 days.
Here's a new 1080p vid of the garden:
I think the obvious disadvantage I've had with this grow would be not having my own direct light source. All of the nodes are medical grade, but they are only the size of a golf ball to a marble. I was kind of expecting "pepsi cans".
Not disappointed by any means, I just need my own light. I need to improve my external reservoir design. The root mass is blocking the drain and is causing the pump to drain the reservoir faster then it can recycle.
I've been feeding on a 24hr constant. I think a standard NFT 1 on 4 off timer would correct this. I might even start this when I flush. I figure it will help give the roots more oxygen and I probably should have went that rout at the start of flowering.
I was extremely happy with the vegetative results with a 24hr feed, but again, I firmly believe the root mass will get way more oxygen intake with a cycle timer.
After flush / harvest post will be made soon!
