Flower under 2K HPS.
Strain: Blue Dream
Grow Medium: Rockwool, Cocoa mat
Flowering Time: 9-12 weeks

After adding the second light for 1 day things got a bit out of hand, the previous blower I was using did not cool the lights well enough to maintain an even temperature. That's a nice way of saying “it’s too fucking hot in here for my girls”, and the ladies are looking like there getting pissed off.
Attention! must cool lights within 48hrs schedule requires 24hrs complete darkness after 1 day under the 2K HPS or reconsider my options.
88° - 90°
40% humidity

The heat of the lights in my 800sq. ft room was UNDERESTIMATED... A couple nice days with sunshine heating up things around here has me scrambling for resolutions.
Picked up Dayton Mixed air 465 CFM for intake $227.63 out the door (6” adapters sold separately about $20 for the 2 did come with a cord I did have to attach it) and a Vortex 8" Centrifugal Fan 747CFM for $264.27 (had to go to lowes for a 8” to 6” reducer $5.97 and 8” x 25’insulated ducting $29.99)
Intake: The Dayton is pulling cool air from the basement and mixing it with the rooms air blowing our of 6’ of 6” insulated exhaust duct with a pair of Haynes panty hose yeaup Hanes panty hoes tied at the end of the duct filtering air from large particles and some pest, looks like a wind sock when blower is on.
Exhaust: Vortex pulling room air from farthest light and exhausting the lamp heated air through roof vents of the attic.
Chose the Dayton Mixed air for intake mainly due to my portable ac unit, Once the temps around here hit the triple digits I expect the cool air in the basement wont be as cool so when my AC unit determines its time to go to work I set this at 77° the
The Dayton will will now mix the basement air with the existing cool air provide by my portable AC then push that air through my wind sock then ultimately through my lights keeping everything cool. I hope...lol
Notes:
79° 45%humidity need to get down to 75°
Need to get fans on timer.
Lights - Safe No Burn Zone: 5+” from canopy

Timing is tight, lights to this point have been out for complete 24hrs to speed the flower transition.
After a bowl to celebrate of some Dutch Treat my local dispensary had for the completion of my installation which allowed me to maintain my schedule. It was now time for mixed drinks for the ladies and so I put my bartender face on and mixed a batch of flowering martini drinks for all the ladies in attendance.
The ladies are now able to enjoy sunbathing under the sunshine of my 2k HPS full spectrums without the worry of getting sunburned or dehydration, and display there appreciation by giving me a standing ovation.
Notes:
I always change over directly to flower nutrients never transition.
I don't see any advantages to going through the transition stage so adding Floralicious Bloom to the cocktail, drinks on me ladies.
I do need 2 timers one for my water pump and one on my intake/exhaust
