But what the heck, go for whatever floats your boat, even if that is substantially decreased potency.
how about including the effects of earlier and later harvesting theres more to it than that
Good point Hilux.
Earlier harvesting will give you the head high or cerebral buzz.Observing the trichs at the clear phase, premature bud. This wont give you a good high perhaps a headache even,u really wont feel much of anything from this.
Observe the Trichs at the cloudy phase, all of the trichs should be cloudy before you consider even harvesting, you will get the cerebral high that youre looking for from this stage of developement.
Looking at the Trichs that are amber/brown it is a fully developed THC content and even breakdown of THC has begun to occur within the plant turning it into CBN.You will get the body high from smoking the bud.harvest once the amber trichs cover most or at leaste half of your bud.
It really comes down to preference when you harvest,i go for just a small amount of amber trichs on the bud,say 25%.It gives a real good high.Though ive tryed in all phases of coloration from clear to full amber,about1/4 amber on the bud then harvest, thats my personal preference.
