First grow... what happened?

I started my plant under a 45w cfl. There was a lil curling of the leaves resulting from a pH imbalance from not pre-soaking the rockwool cube. I assume my plant was gonna be fine with the consistency of flushing and running pH balance water thru it. I've recently moved my plant under a 600w MH and now it looks like this... Can someone help me determine what went wrong and is there a way to fix it? Or is it too gone??

How far is your light? I would suggest raising it.

a 600 watt hps light.? if so start as about 1 to a meter and half meter away sounds A lot i know but lower to optimum range as they get stronger and older. i grow with sunmaster duel spec 600 wat hps and leant this to the hard way.. i can post some info on light distances if you need. also

ok ive just had a blown up look and the plant looks if its wilting from the tip of the stems which is over-watering or potential root problems

Looks like it's drowning to me.. Back the light off, make sure you have good air flow ( a fan) and don't water it til it dries out and NEEDS a drink..
