Compact cfl grow tent ( 1st time grower!)

[B]Well the topping has not changed much but new growth can just about be seen.
I have been reading allot on growing throughout with CFL´s & i have come to a cross roads ! i´m very eager to continue the flowering stage with either a 125 watt or 150 watt red spectrum 2700k CFL, but i am being told i´m mad & " HPS is the only way ",
Can the 125 or 150 watt red spectrum CFL produce the correct amount of light for my 1 plant
