It's been a week since my last journal entry. My girls are still doing well. I decided to top all of them one more time before I flip them to 12/12. I went ahead and added 1/4 strength nutes for the 1st time 3 days ago. The plants looked like they took it just fine. I'm not going to go any stronger than that unless I see some sign that they need it. The Pineapple Chunk is looking better than any of the other plants I have going right now. It's about 18 inches tall. It's bushed out very nicely too. My Super Lemon Haze is the smallest of all the plants at about 13 inches. It would've been taller, but I fucked up when I topped it. There was only 1 new branch, instead of 2, where I topped it at. I ended up cutting 3 inches off the main stem because of this. She is looking better, since I did this to her though. She smells really good too. The next lady is the indica dominant White Widow, and she is about 15 inches tall now. This plant has a funny shape to it imo. I noticed something really strange about this one too. About 2 to 3 inches up from the soil, the main stem becomes about twice as big around there. I squeezed the stem there and it seemed like it was soft and hollow. It is hard as a rock below it on the main stem. It's really weird. I haven't ever seen anything like it before. Although it probably isn't anything new. I don't really know. My other White Widow is a sativa dominant pheno that's about 16 1/2 inches tall.

I'm thinking that at the begining of Febuary I'm going to go ahead and switch to 12/12. Space will start to become a factor here shortly, and I don't want to have to resort to anything drastic. I just want to get the most out of this grow as possible. I'm making a clone/veg box out of a 45 gallon Rubbermaid tote that I had laying around. I'm going to use some CFL's for lighting. I'm only going to try witha few cuting, so I don't know if it will even work. I'm wanting to try to clone my Pineapple Chunk and Super Lemon Haze, since I don't have any more seeds of those strains. Plus it will give me a head start on the next grow. I need to get some spray paint and some bulbs, so I can finish my grow box. I've got some time left to get it all taken care of.
