Been putting together a Bubble DWC system and 4' x 3' grow room.
Due to the winter season in my garage, I am concerned about temp being too low.
I bought an Oscillating heater and my question is should I direct the heat at the Black containers or the leaf area above it?

I have a 400 watt HPS and MH bulb, GH Nutes and Ph testers etc.
I plan to start 4 White Rhino plants. In a couple of days.
