Thats fine as long as they dont wilt orgrow mold your golden it takes 10 to 16 days to fully clone do you have standing water on your tray? That will slow down cloning time
ya bud ur all good, and u said the leaves are still green and perky so thas a pretty good sign, now if u had said they had wilted and not pickd back up in 8days id tell u to worry but thas not the case here if ur seeing new growth and theyre perky an green ur on the right track, now jus keep watch for molds and fungus nats, i think u should have roots showin ina few days
As mentioned, don't sweat it as new growth and lack of wilt is a good indication of success. Patience is key as every strain is slightly different when it comes to cloning time. I like picking easy to clone, strong growing, high yielding and mold resistant strains as simplicity is my goal.
Not really enough information but mine took about a month to develop roots. But I started by just cutting them off their mom and throwing them in a glass of water. I didn't put them in the home made cloner or anything but water for almost 2 weeks. Then I had some time so I made a cloner from a rubbermaid container, an aquariaum air pump and an old ultrasonic mister I had from a fountain that broke. Pulled them out of their water only solo cups, dipped them in root hormone and put them in their neoprene collars. Heat is a key component in cloning. So warming your water a little will help. The ultrasonic mister heated the water up nicely to the 80's and roots popped quickly then. Two weeks later clones from cuttings! The foliage looked terribly ratty on them by then but now a little over a month later they are all zooming along. Matter of fact I NEED my big light because these guys are ready to bloom!
