  1. Harvest time!!!!!

    well unfortunatly the trainwreck wound up getting rootbound, and over fed and got sick over the last week so she probably came down a week early but ah well she is looking sexy all trimmed up and hanging upsidedown. today i looked at the DSD(Double Strawberry Diesel) and they are looking sexy as hell, even mouthwatering... a good portion of them are going to get chopped today as well... probably going to let the lower growth go another week to see if it finishes bulking ...

    Well the shorter of the two DSD got a quick trim 2 days ago... i was inspecting the tricones and i guess i was seeing things because i thought i had saw a couple of the amber ones a little darker then what i thought. so i chopped the cola, figued that way the lower growth could get all the food. plus i was a little excited to get it off the plant and cure it out. after futher inspection today i now see that i need to let it go at least another week to two weeks just so the tric's can darken up a ...

    well it looks like majority of the tricones are all cloudy and approximatly 5-10% are already turning amber... maybe they will be done within 11 weeks... that would kick a ton of ass

  4. Start of 8th week

    Today is the offical start of the 8th week into the flowering cycle...and it seems like time is just crawling by. i will admit the lower branch growth has increased and is starting to fill in a little more on the DSD. Im going to need to let them go at least a full 10 weeks, probably closer to 11. the hopes that the trainwreck will finish up earlier is yet to be confirmed. im hoping everything will be matured and harvested before i have to go to orlando for a week at the end of Oct/ first week ...

    So i have a horrible time with keeping track of them but they come in o so handy when you need to buy a pound or some other expensive quantanty or even just checking on whether or not your tomato plant has affids or your tricones are marjority amber. a simple $17 and some change after tax from a Corporate Shack of Radio's, aka RadioShack, i have a nice little 60-100x pocket Microscope. it has a built in light and viewing tray. and it runs on 2 AA battery's.. and no sadly they are not included. ...
