14.) This bad boy was turning out to be MALE!! So i quickly removed it from the aeroponics system. It ended up being 46 INCHES from base to top (not counting the roots). Shame it has to be thrown away :(

18.) 2 months 11 days since seeds were planted (January 20th). We have FEMALES!! This picture was taken on April 1st. Lucky for me... 4 out of the 5 plants that were moved into the flowering room turned out to be Female, I'm super stoked!

These pictures give the basic breakdown of the different stages... So its been about a month since my last journal update, a lot has happened since. These pictures give the basic breakdown of the different stages the plants have gone through, as well of my grow methods.

7.) 5 weeks since start! 2 Clones from each large plant (6 total). Clones have been in small aeroponics system for ~4 days And no new root formation yet... Considering moving them to a new "humidity" dome system on a separate 24 hour light cycle.


8.) Inside specs of the New Home Made aeroponics system I converted to. Two 250 gallon per hour pumps connected to an 8 nozzle spray unit. One air pump connected to two AirStones - constantly oxygenating the nutrient rich water. Perfect medicinal marijuana habitat!


9.) 1 month & 12 days since start. Biggest plant is 34" (what the hell), the other two big plants are nearly 30" themselves. Aeroponics FTW!! Waiting for the clones to show us the plant sex... so that the male plants can be thrown out :(


10.) 1 month & 12 days Since start. About 8-10 days into cloning. Decided to try a different cloning approach, two fluorescent lights in a humidity dome on a heat mat for root stimulation.
I ended up taking them out because of slow growth.


11.) ~1month 21 days since the start. Cloning for about 2 weeks.. This little guy didn't make it it. Damage caused by bad nutrient balance, in proper PH level, and temperature fluctuations.

12.) 1month 28days since start. We finally decided to just move the big plants straight into the flowering room, since the clones weren't doing well. 1 week in flowering room (12 / 12 hour light cycle). Two of these plants are literally 46 INCHES tall.. What the HELL

*Watching close for any male plants so that they can be removed from the room before they have a chance to pollinate the others.

13.) I'm pretty sure the first one is a male (no hairs). The second one is most likely a female (two small hairs emerging).

So I'll include a breakdown of my progress so far.

I bought 10 Carmelicious seeds from Amsterdam online. I picked these seeds because of the 20% THC level, high yield, and they are supposed to be good for first time indoor growers. 5 of the 9 seeds that I germinated made it past the seedling stage.

1.) 72 hours after germinated seed were planted, seedling stage, 400watt Metallic Halide, Hydroponic Drip System. 1 inch tall!


2.) 12 Days after germinated seeds were planted. Hydroponic watering every 8 hours for 15mins.. small amount of nutrients. PH around 6.8


3.) ~18 days in. 4 sets of leaves on primary plants. Moved into larger planter pots


4.) 21 Days in. Increase in leaf size and new secondary leafs are begininning to form on existing branches. Drip nozzle watering 3x a day... Light cycle 19hrs ON / 5hrs OFF


5.) 26 days in. Vegetative room. Excess water drains out the bottom of the container and into the 20 gallon bucket below the table (cant see it here) that contains the pump. Moved biggest plant to a larger planter.. and the other plants have been moved to medium size planters.. Considering moving to an Aeroponics system.


6.) 1 month (31 days) since start. Moved plants to Aeroponics system. Small fan is no longer sufficient.. Will be adding a large box fan soon. Large plants are all over 1 foot tall.. smaller plants are about 5"
