As you can notice, this particular plant is offset to the left, giving the root system an L shaped growing pattern. Chances are the roots will bottom out and/or take a survival path. Growing gradually towards the right wall, then moving back upwards. Now the root system has 1 and a half more room to grow. It's in the math. Initial root down. Bottoms out, available space to right, wall containment, roots head back upwards. In theory. Straight natural grow. No ponics, Sorry. Trying to do this the way it grew naturally from beginning.
