So a bunch of developments... But still no Hps , and not for lack of funding, merely a lack of time to purchase!*

My og clones that have been vegging since February HAD reached 3 feet. I say had, because right after battling the thrips and apparently succeeding (so far) I went away for two days and my roomy watered the flowering ones but missed a water on the veg shelf... 4 perished, the rest lost a ton of foliage, some revived after watering from the bottom of the little 4x4 pots. ...

So today was the day. I had to do some emergency toppin as lst would no longer suffice in the 3000 and a few in the 2000. Although very premature, some 3 weeks and some 5 weeks... Holy moly. So baked. Dry weight... Exactly 3.5 grams!!! Hahaha awesome. My roomy and I made it the first and Last joint today. Way better than I expected. Didn't even smoke any of the fantastic purple og kush I have, the premature og was good enough. Now science needs to be a female and I'm happy lol. First I gotta kill ...

Curses just noticed my ladies are infected with thrips, misdiagnosed a million things. It was bugs. Are even on my seedlings. I sprayed with neem and dish soap. Getting spinosad tuesday.

Well I have a very high celing in this closet, 9 feet! It is 3'wide x 5 1/2' long by 9 feet high. Unless my math eludes me that is 148.5 cubic feet. I'm really unsure what I should get for lighting that space, is 600w overkill? 400w sufficient? Would rather I only used a 400w but wanna maximize. Off to a friends aunts hydro store Next week so a little time to research before I go shopping.
The ladies in the 2000 will probably be saved by the jump to hps, otherwise yield would be prob disappointing ...
