what ratio should i have of perilite to my soil during veg?

So i want to make a simple system but i dont know what i completely all need since i cant find a step by step guide on how to build one, so what do i all need to make a simple one?

so ive heard that you can put sugar in the water that you feed your plants, how much sugar should you put in it?

So my humidity in my cab is about 20% with the lights on, so obviously i need to raise it, because its drying out my soil, way quick. I have one outtake pc fan 120mm, i heard that i could make a Co2 solution and itd higher it, or could i just put like a bottle of just water in my cab and thatd higher the humidity?
