I would set it up with multiple stations let's say you have a 10 week flowering period break that up into 5 sections

first 2 weeks:
Flowering section one: Group A clones
Flowering section two: empty
Flowering section three: empty
Flowering section four: empty
Flowering section five: empty

Week 4:
Flowering section one: Group B clones
Flowering section two: Group A clones
Flowering section three: empty
Flowering section four: empty
Flowering section five: empty

Week 6:

Flowering section one: Group C clones
Flowering section two: Group B clones
Flowering section three: Group A clones
Flowering section four: empty
Flowering section five: empty

so on and so forth... once you get to week 10 you harvest group A
week 12 harvest group B
week 14 harvest C


now you have on going supply every couple weeks :)
