Timing and volume are key. Watching ppm and pH with Hanna Instruments pH/PPM/EC meter.

    I overfed my plants after transplanting... yet again. Fortunately I had anticipated this after so many failures in this regard and was proactive in the resolution. Most plants are recovering well now. Some plants still show Potassium shortages despite being in coco medium and using a good amount of Liquid KoolBloom in the recent waterings.

    The run off of a few plants is still in excess of 2.0 EC but it is dropping a few hundred ppm for sure with each 1/2 strength watering. I plan on ...

  2. Week One of flowering

    These pictures are taken today.

    Most of the plants were watered today with a mild nutrient solution at 325 ppms (60ppm starting). It included 2ml/gallon of Canna Coco A+B, 2ml/gallon of Canna Rhizotonic, 1ml/gallon of Cal-Mag Plus, and 2ml of Humboldt Nutrients Sea Mag.

    The nutrients are:

  3. Month two of growth

    Here is the second month of growth. During this month you'll see the plants rebound from the topping a week before December began. The transplanting to 3 gallon planters also went well.

    During this month all the male plants presented themselves. Of the plants I had, I couldn't have picked a better 5 plants (out of 20 mind you) to be male. They were all cranky and misshapen.

  4. Seedling pictures

    These pictures comprise the first month of life for the seeds. All of them were germinated directly in the coco.
