first grow outdoor/indoor wierd grow

i germinated 16 seeds a moist paper towel... like everyone else. all of them pooped the second day. i put them in dixie cups with my MG soil perilite mix... i know id use another brand if i could. im poor lol.. then i put them in a sealed ziplock for a few days untill they sprouted. i put them in a window seal for a few days turning them to make them spindal. then filled the cups all the way up with soil. so i buried about 4 more inches of stem. now they are sittn outside in the sun for about 6
