I was wondering if people had an opinion on planting germinated seeds into a DWC system, I have the system, but I'm a newb to DWC and I don't want to kill these seeds whatsoever. I'm used to soil and soiless, so I was thinking of using these as mother seeds, but I'm anxious to get my hydro set going at the same time. Any opinions?

to be honest what i would do is start them off in some type of soil or soiless mix and then mother those out and clone her out using a starter plug or rockwool cube get your plants started in the dwc if you want to put your seeds directly into your dwc system dont mother it and just start it and grow until your plant and roots are of an acceptable size to transfer to the dwc. if you are worried about losing plants as you gain experience in dwc either practice with bagseed or grow soil which you already know, and clone....at least this way you wont loose your whole plant and genetics just a clone here or there and those are more easily and more safely replaced than ordering new seed stock
