Recently my first perpetial grow was started and is going great so far. Now I want to venture into cloning for a number of obvious reasons. I tried once before with no success and am now giving it another try. A recent trip to the hydro store for more soil inspired me after spotting a cloning kit for $32.50 and plugs for $12.50. Talking to the guy that works there he shared that instead of humidity dome he uses freezer bags, the plan was laid. This journal, of course, will go one of two ways. I'm really keeping my fingers crossed that things go well. If this goes as planned, this will be a simple step by step blue print for cloning since I will be following the feeding schedule from start to finish. Today I am going to take my cuttings and get things started. I'm going to soak my plugs in water and Thrive Alive B-1 Red (2 1/2 tsp per gal of water), then dip my cuttings in the Rootech Gel, and then into the freezer bag.
