    Default 420 Delivery Service in Northern CA ??

    Are there any dispensary owners or legitimate delivery services out there ??? I've done a ton of research but hit a road block....looking for someone with legitimate experience in Cali..Northern to be exact on how exactly to operate a legitmate delivery service...

    Yeah my mom's ex was looking into this. Gonna cost you 5 g's+ to get started...How it's legal is u start a collective. You are legally allowed to sell to members of your own collective. Advertise you biz and when ppl call you bring all the paperwork and have them sign up to join your collective. You can now sell to them...Sorry if you already knew this. These are just the basics, that I know of.

    right on brother im actually passed all this...just waiting for bus license to come back...wanted some info from someone in actual operation as we speak as my questions are more involved and specific...I appreciate the info but Im way passed this point...

    Hey Guys and Gals...thanks for the tips again..We plan on operating in Northern Cali--we already have a geographical coverage area that pretty large...(not trying to let the kat out the bag just yet as there are not to many delivery services in the area)....Our logo is being drawn out in LA and i should have it in a couple weeks...The website is just about ready for launch after a few minor tweeks but again until we get that approval..we won't launch as we are operating totally and legitimately within the confines of California in accordance with all applicable laws pertaining to prop 215 and sb 420....Were a total grass roots non-profit.. Would love to start chatting with some patients that either use or are considering using a corteous,professional and discreet delivery service... All patients would of course have to be verified of course...
