12/12 from seed to finish (no-veg-lights) ??

I can't really help you with this little information. on your thread with a video the video was private so i couldn't watch it. lol
I started my grow with 1 26 watt cfl 2700k then doubled that, doubled again up to 105watt and doubled again up to 210watt. what is the color temperature of your bulbs? I managed females and decent growth with 2700k but you want around 5000k.
Idk about PC growbox but my plants were pretty much 12-12 from seed and would have out grown a pc case by now.

But yea go ahead and use 2700k light for veg. I didn't have much problems from it, but 5000k area would be better.
Also, for future posts make sure you use pictures because you're more likely to get a response.

I thought you meant No Veg Lights. Vegetative lights being with the color temp of 4000-6500k and Flowering lights are 2000-3500k. For veg you can do 24 hour light or 18-6 that means 18 hours of light 6 hours of darkness. You can start with 12-12 from the day they are planted (12-12 from seed, i thought you were doing..). The plant will flower as soon as it's mature enough that way.

okay im NEW AT AT THIS! What im asking is ALL I HAVE IS 4 23=100 WATT CFL BULBS can I plant seed set timer to 12-12 and water from day one to 8 weeks till harvest with the bulbs I listed?

What's the color temperature rating? 2700k? 5000k? 6500k? You can start with 12-12 but it will take longer than 8 weeks from seed. it'll take 6-12 weeks from the beginning of flowering, it takes 4-6 weeks for them to show sex and with 12-12 from seed you will be able to consider it flowering when you see female flowers.. You should do a lot more research before you start any seeds I'd say. Those lights will work but don't expect much and the color temp is important. There's a lot more to this cannabis 101. so just keep looking for info on your own.

If you're doing a pc grow I wouldn't veg for more than 3 weeks. I vegged 2 weeks and my plant would have outgrown a pc. But I'm still a noob too, just keep looking stuff up.

Edit: actually now that I think of it, Are you really growing autoflower plants? If you're growing autoflower you can do 18-6 light cycle for their entire life I believe. I don't do auto though so you'll need more research on that.
