    Default Not Flowering!!

Blue Mystic Feminized Auto. Going on its 5th week. Will be 5 weeks on Thursday.

Has not shown pistils yet, although i see some small calyx' developing.

Short and bushy. about 8.5 inches high. Healthy.

3 CFL Bulbs. 2 6500k and one 2500K total of about 3500 lumens (maybe more)

Has anyone grown this? How long do most Auto's Take to start flowering, I see people saying week two from seed.

Don't wanna switch to 12/12 if it will hurt my yeild, but I may have too.

It happens. Just move on to the next one. I think you have a lack of light though. Autos do traditionally flower on age but I have seen if they are deprived of sufficient light they will mature a lot slower. Autos generally flower within the 21-35 day period mostly in the 20's though.

I've grown auto's before, you should have seen some signs by now. You'll have to force them to flower by altering the light schedule. Having said this, I've thrown non flowering auto's outside with regular plants and the auto's did start to flower 2 weeks sooner than the rest. This would indicate you may not have to cut all the way back to 12/12. Sadly there is no way to tell how much of a light change you will need so 12/12 may be the only way to know for sure.

I think I'll cut it to 16/8. I just set timer for 12/12. I have had it on 18/6. or should I blast it with 24 hours light?

I thought flowers weren't supposed to start until week 7 or so. I have a Barney's Blue Mammoth and a World of Seed Northern Light x Big Bud and they're just now starting to show signs of sex at week 7. Auto's life-cycle, but I have heard that Nirvana's auto's were shit, which is why I went with WoH over them despite the price difference(same price, 2 more nirvana seeds).

I am not familiar with 'Auto'-strains nor have I did research(obviously) as I'm just starting to learn about them via this section of the site. So, your saying that a plant that shows it's sex before flowering would be considered an "Auto-Strain"? My 1st plant displayed it's sex on it's 1st day of heading towards it's 8thWk. It is now heading towards it's 10Wk come time 2mrw. I'm going to have to look into this.

Plants(photoperiod and autos) usually show their sex when they are mature via preflowers. When plants are flowering they either create buds or pollen sacks. A plant is determined to be an autoflower when it flowers based on it's age and not the light schedule, nothing else.
