Default First grow W/ Autos...a little help please.

Hey all....I'm new to growing cannabis...have done veggies, herbs and spices. I've done some research but one thing I can't seem to figure out is the size pot I should be growing in. So here is some general info.

Strains: Short Stuff Snowryder & Barneys Farm Pineapple express
Soil: FFOF and Light warrior mix
    Nutes: BioThrive Grow and Bloom
    Lights: T5 Floro's

Should I start these strains directly in the final pot or should I transplant them? And, What size pot should be the largest for these strains?

Please, if anyone has experience with either or both of these strains any info would be awesome.

yeah try starting them in there final pot somtimes autos get stunted in transplanting there taper root determines there size if it gets damage it will be stunted. But i start in cups too just have be carefull not letting that taper root hit the bottom of the cup or get nicked in transplant. as for size 1gal minimum but bigger the better ,ive grown them in a 7gal pot and in the 5 gal pot and they seems to be close to the same size, what ever your area fits.

Start autos in the pot they will finish in. All the information i have read has continuously pointed to 3 gallon pots being ideal for autoflowers given their size and lives and such. It's best not to transplant because they will waste precious veg time recovering from transplant shock.
