i just got finished with an afghan kush ryeder yeilding 42g dry, and the smoke is killer!

Were 7 gal containers overkill for your autos. I asked around and ppl say a 2 gal is fine.

Because you can't grow a photoperiod from start to finish in 10 -11 weeks.

True but correct me if I'm wrong but I think this thread is titled "AUTO" time line.

That was weird, went to go post and saw my avatar there and though "I don't remember posting here" haha.

Anyway, I agree with what the OP is saying. Personally, I only grow autos outdoors, but I've never seen one finish from seed in under 11 weeks.

The bigger the root space the bigger the plant, assuming you have the space and light to do so.

42 dry seems a bit much for your typical auto, but then again I've never done AKR. I think I might have to do that next once my stuff is finished if you think it's worth a go. Though I'm still waiting to see how the lowryder2, doctor feelgood, easyryder and snowryder turn out. My money's on the snowryder but I might get surprised by one of them?
Raole Duke: There he goes. One of God's own prototypes. A high-powered mutant of some kind never even considered for mass production. Too weird to live, and too rare to die.

So far with what i have tried the AKR is the closest to a top photo period strain by far. i just finished 2 of them one with small skinny airy buds and the other is pictured already yeilding a fair amount.
