nah it's about you yada. no one wants to hurt your feelings but a lot of people who used to post here a lot have stopped bothering, and it is because they can't deal with so much of you so often. ... i stopped posting on here so much coz i thought it was just me and another couple of people who were too nice to say anything, but it goes beyond i'm afraid.

Oh no, spent hours cleaning and then...soup boiled over, tomatoes and spices everywhere, staffy went nuts and fluff all over the place, soil on my shoes now all over the carpet, and house is worse than it twas before...moral of the story: don't clean anything ever.

I wonder if people are aware how to use the ignore function? Of course this won't stop you seeing the responses of those not on your ignore list so you will see only half the conversation.. This is why a lot of people don't bother with it. In a situation where an individual is ignored by the majority however, there will not be the evidence of the onesided conversations and the ignored individual is effectively booted from the conversation.

A more simple method would be to report excessive spamming and if the thread creator had a talk to a mod then it could be sorted with a simple ban.
