Cannabis Legalization launched in Az

what will it do for home growers??? I have no need for legalization if i STILL have to buy $300+ Oz from the state.

If it gets setup by the state officials the way CO is then I could see this as a good thing, but knowing the socially retarded "Administrators" in this state Its going to be fucked up! If it was to even pass.

Yavapai County's MATFORCE and and their Private Gestapo P.A.N.T. are beginning a combination "Re-Education" and "Enforcement" campaign in Northern AZ. I was just witness to a NACOG meeting yesterday where they outlined how there is a need to "Protect and Re-Educate the youth of Northern Arizona due to the widespread mis-information that Cannabis being a plant, it is not harmful." They told us that a survey of 12th grade students in Yavapai County indicates that 25% of those polled regularly used Marijuana, that is a 7 percent increase since voters passed the MMJ law. MATFORCE board member and Yavapai County Attorney Sheila Polk did not bother to elaborate about the enforcement portion but I am sure those of us around these parts will be very aware of what that all means soon enough.

Shits getting deep up here in the bible belt. As far as AZ getting on the Legal Weed bandwagon, I'll sign it and I'll vote for it, but I don't see it happening just yet.

I will sign....
I'd sign that
I will sign it as well as collect signatures before my classes at a Maricopa Community College I attend. This is the first thing driving me to actually take action. Plenty of the AZ scene has rubbed me the wrong way, mainly the 25 mile radius circle of death and the monopoly the system is trying to force us into. But like most others (my presumption) I have stayed on the sidelines medicating and waiting...

No longer shall I wait for my grow rights to disappear and the day when I am forced to pay anywhere from $280 to $442 plus tax for an ounce that I will smoke in two weeks because of my neuropathic pain caused by my spinal cord injury. Those numbers are from Leafly, with $442 being top shelf at Harvest of Tempe for Electric Verde, Purple Cookies, Pineapple Trainwreck, and Deep Sleep. They have 4 strains (Big Dream?) at $307 an ounce. Bloom seems to cap at $340 an ounce and has one strain, Ice, at a low of $280 for an ounce. With my medical consumption rate, it would cost me $20 a day minimum (2 grams a day, $280/28 = $10 a gram) to smoke on some dispensary weed! And their bottom shelf at that!!! No thank you.

Even with needing to purchase a new carbon filter for my garden, my monthly gardening cost won't nearly approach the $280 mark for an ounce of their schwag... ever! I'm also confident that my beginning grow skills produce what they consider top shelf, or at least in the arena. And most definitely for pennies on their dollars.

Time for action was yesterday people, let's catch up.

Have a read good sirs and fine ladies. This is posted over at Hydrobreed in a public forum, so I think it should be spread.

Glad you will sign. As will I!

I do think that the numbers you used aren't completely accurate. I work at a local Dispensary that is run by dudes who get it and do not gauge the shit out of people. I will gladly plug them for this reason.

Phoenix Relief charges from $250-300 for zips and they are a licensed Dispensary. Also they have $12 grams and $35-40 1/8ths. All fire.

I also happen to know that the Green Halo in Tucson has some very good deals on edibles and often tosses in many freebies from time to time.

I appreciate that there are dispensary owners that get it. I'd have no issues with a dispensary model and would welcome the variety if it came along with free enterprise and didn't abolish my grow rights because of my place of residence. Cheers to anything regarding legal cannabis.

But my numbers came directly from Leafly within the hour of when I posted earlier today. So they are as legitimate as an advertising company like Leafly and the clubs and dispensaries that are presumably in charge of updating their menus is publicly marketing. Just like now, I don't see the numbers you've mentioned on the PRC Leafly page. Only grams starting at $15 and eighths going between $45 and $60, and zero mention of ounce prices.

Just saying what I see brother, not trying to pick a fight. Maybe you could mention to the owners that advertising your solid prices on true fire meds would be a good thing since overpriced, poorly grown meds is the #2 knock on dispensaries after that 25 mile death zone. By the way, that Tokyo OG sounds nice. Cheers and keep growing!

Forgive me Tempe420, I now see the $12 Tokyo OG special of the day listed on the PRC Facebook page. $12 a gram would be a good ceiling for most meds, save for very few private reserve type strains, IMO.

So far there are no petitions. I hope they have them in a PDF because printing and shipping shit in the internet age is fucking stupid.

Sheila Polk can lick my ass after my morning shit. Dumb ass bitch needs to go.

Legalization is just a matter of time. We need to make sure it's on the ballot every two years and eventually it will pass.

All right now, STFU, everyone know dispensaries suck. This thread is about fucking legalizing weed so we don't have to deal with that.

I expect everyone on RIU in Arizona to turn in notarized petitions with 1000 signatures or I will sneak into your grow and release some spider mites which have been fucking up my plants.

Got that?? Fucking Spider Mites.

Too bad the meds are crap.
I've tried 4 different edibles from Green Halo since they opened. No potency labeling. Taste terrible. Very amateur stuff. No idea why they didn't hire some people who know wtf they're doing.

That's because edible are made from the dead fan leaves that fall to the floor. Me, I make mine out of quality iso, bho or kief. I have a money back guarantee, if you don't like one, eat another whole one in front of me and get a full refund. No one has taken me up on that.
