Would someone clear up the difference between a collective and a dispensary? And how the hell are you supposed to get your meds if you can't buy them at a store? I don't live in a MMJ state, so I don't really understand alot about the medical marijuana scene. How do you know how much the bag of weed you want costs without a fucking price on it?

That is the real law ask any legit legal council.
Every other interpretation is considered Grey area and does not provide immunity from prosecution, read the back of your new card....

Patients can trade meds etc but cash cannot be transferred.

Suggesting monetary values to anyone who is not your documented patient is illegal.
Some municipalities are trying to require caregivers to register with the city in which they are growing, solely for oversight purposes.

Selling to a patient that is not yours is a no no, but it's small time and doubtfully will draw attention with the bigger fish in AZ. Just not recomended because the one day that "patient" is a cop, technically it won't matter if they give you a penny.

Be careful all and if your going to make posts that can put others in harms way, please learn the fact first.

Who made any post that would put someone in harm's way?

This is just an exchange of thoughts about the issue. I wouldn't bet my freedom on anyone on this site or anywhere else being an authority on this. This shit is too new; nobody can say how the cops are going to react to this. Even if you follow the law to the letter you can STILL wind up having to defend yourself in court.

We're talking what-if's and maybes. I take all this shit with a grain of salt, as you should also.

I don't know about every city but im 100% sure Phoenix and Scottsdale have a liaison officer who is fully versed in the laws. Probably the laws as interpreted by the DA etc. But these individuals will show up at any call related to MMJ,even if you are the victim, after police have initially show up. They want to ensure you are compliance before they help, lol...

There are so many different interpretation of the AMMA laws it is crazy. I know it's not at all plausible but the best source for answers is an attorney ESP. with this program being so young. The forum is a great place for info but most legal advice found on here should be taken with a grain of salt or at least researched indepth.

Suggesting a donation amount to patient that you do not provide caregiver services for is potentially harmful... Judging from the similar posts I see we are on the same page.
