The 150k can be a line of credit/ tangible stocks but you make a good point.
Once these business are operational, most banks will not touch their money..
Some will even freeze the non-profit accounts, if there is 150 liquid floating around I dont think B of A would have a problem snatching that up under a federal order.
Hmm. This doesn't look too good.
Let's just hope those dispensaries don't open too soon. I personally think the clubs are fine and will get better over time. Caregivers and patients is all we need as buying from the dispensaries will make one go broke quick!

Seems to be a lot of misinformation here. What I do know is on az health dept marijuana site directors blog in may director Will Hubble
stated to one person if he renewed his card he could grow for a full year the second guy he said probably one year and then when a caregiver inquired about being grandfathered in for a year with card renewal this asshole referred to the 25 mile rule he couldn't of been more vague. My question is if we renew even if the health department okays it cant they still prosecute because of the 25 mile rule and wouldnt it be upto the police and county prosecuter. I need to renew all cards but am getting real paranoid running 800 a month electric.
dispensaries will be announced august 7th and will open fast (days after that).
