So your dryer removes vapor prior to the air entering the tank? Any equipment you can remotely utilize outside the room will lessen the heat within the room. I recommend keeping your ballasts, air compressor, and AC compressors all outside of the room in order to cut down on the electrical usage required to maintain room temps.

The more I consider cooling methods the more I realize a water bath is necessary. Even with internal coils, if the nutes and air are not chilled I am directly spraying warm solution onto the roots themselves. Right now I am considering installing a coil in just in the floor and utilizing a waterbath for air and fluid.

Yes, the driers cool and dry the air prior to entering the receiver. The air compressor won't generate much if any heat as it won't have to cycle that much, not enough for me to really worry about. I'm not running any HID or HPS lights so there are not any ballasts to deal with. I can't really relocate the T5 ballasts. The only thing I will have out side the room is a small chiller.

The AC is a 18,200 BTU Split rated at 19.2 SEER in a 210 s/f room.. electrical usage shouldn't be much of an issue. I really only need about 8,000 BTU to cool the heat from the 2,000 or so watts that will be in the room.

That exact method has worked well in the aerolife boxes so far and is probably the simplest. I still just have to know why you didn't like the water bath idea, it sounded like you had a phobia or something- lol...
