Nutes for my Lowyrder and Laughing Buddah

Hey Guys-
Always a reader, an absorber but VERY new to posting...as in this is my first. Running 2 AG in my closets (pics to come) with an autoflowering Lowryder and a laughing buddah (sativa) in the other . Wondering what nutrients are best for each, since one will have to flower and the other is...well..auto.

Just an opinion..... But I tried the technaflora starters recipe because it was cheap. General Hydroponics flora series is quality, worth the extra few dollars in the long-run

I've had good results with House and Garden, Aqua flakes...Hard to find in rural areas I hear.
