Thread: When do i put in my airstone?

i got a small aristone, about 6-7 inches big. i got a 10 inch one but it didnt fit in my AG! any way my question is pretty obv, when should i put in my airstone? my plants about 4 inches tall, just started 5 days ago.

you have to put them in your tailpipe to charge them up first. Thats where mine are.

You have to charge the stones with air. They sell them as "air stones" but what you're actually getting is the stone. You have to charge them with air for 48 hours. Then hook them up to the pump to force the air out. The air will last about a week. So...every week you have to take them out, put them in the microwave to decontaminate then recharge them for 48 hours. Repeat this process every week until harvest. good luck

I'M fuckin with ya bro. hook that bad boy up to the pump and drop it in. plain and simple.

make sure you're reservoir is covered so no light gets in.....light+water=algae
