3 balded leaf diesel ryder

hi everybody in the forum,i have a problem and as a noob at growing would like 2 know why my 39 days lady is showing just one pair of 5 bladed leafs,they are located in the 6th node,the 7th is 3 bladed and finish,the rest are 1(top),why this happen,it's way small for that time,should i try to get more ligth in the veg time for a bigger plant?,sorry if this sounds stupid don't have any experience before!,helpppp!!,here some picts!
