hey whats up everybody im new in the world of growing herbal medication and have chosen the areogarden to fit my needs. so far i have the following materials areogarden basic kit some good auto flowering lowryder seeds and air pump and stone and the nutes they have giving me. but i heard that if i use better nutes i will have better harvest so my question is which nutes would you prefer for the areogarden system and how much of the nutes should i be giving the plants? thanks for everybodys help and also if i test the ph level in the AG what should the levels be at? stay irie!!

The AG tabs do work, i used them with great success, but the line i have now is General Hydroponics, 3 Part Series. Consists of Flora Grow for vegging, and Flora Bloom for flowing. Comes with a base called Flora Micro

Keep your pH at about 5.5 to 5.8 and you'll be good

you just need to start at 1/4 strength, so 1/4 of a teaspoon, then every week slowly work your way up. One teaspoon is 5ml.

Every week you should change the rez, its just about a gallon, so al you need to do is get a gallon jug of water, and pre mix the nutes in there, then add into the rez. I wouldn't add any nutrients untill there about two weeks old, people do start at seedlings, but for me i just wouldnt risk it.

Dont know too much about the auto's but there great for the AG, I believe you just keep them on 18 hours on, and 6 hours off. They should show sex on there own. Make sure to read thru that guide for other suplies you will need.


You will need a pH kit, pH UP and DOWN is what you use to adjust your pH to the perfect point. again, 5.5 to 5.8 its good.

thanks!! so i should change all the water in the bowl of the AG everyweek? if so do i just pour the old water in the AG out and the new pre-mix into the AG?

Yea exactly like that, they love a fresh batch of new water, just make sure to rinse the Base of the AG really good, then set bac in and pour in the nutes.

okay as for my nutes should i go dutch master advance grow A and B or advance nutrients grow bloom micro and if i do the 3 step its says pour the micro first then the grow and bloom and dont mix them in high concrntrate so how much longer after i put in the micro would i put in the grow and bloom? haha btw thanks or taking the time to help me out man really nice good karma!

and should i get a digital ph meter or whats the normal good type of meter?

Any of those lines will work, which ever one is easier for you, i would suggest the 3 part series, you dont have to wait that long after the micro is mixed, just give it not even 30 second then add the other two as needed

I would invest in a digital Meter, you can find some cheap ones on amazon, i got mine for about 35 dolars,
