Hey, was thinking of purchasing the aerogarden pro. The $200 one that's got like 24 inches I believe, I've searched the hell out of this site and I basically just want to know how much could I yield, and how often? It's an all-in-one setup, for only 200 bucks. I keep searching as well for closet setups and everybody is spendin well over 200$ it seems. If someone knows a cheaper setup than the aerogarden, that produces more, please help me out. I want something efficient that's not gonna cost me some ridiculous sum of money. Not trying to be a king pin here lol, just trying to save some money. And idk how to +rep, if u can reply with an answer to both I'll do it tho lol

Yes the Aerogarden works.Its a tool.Some people had some really nice luck with it doing SGROG grows. It can safely hold up to 3 max. But you can make yourself a DIY hydroponic system for alot less.Just read the boards for DIY DWC. Sure you will find somthing.

I got mine because of the neat factor of it. I like it. It has some decent lights at the top. Plus if you wanna make you're own system ,you now have a place to grow herbs and tomatoes!

BTW, i love my AG. But i had the cash to fork over.

Awesome. Thanks for the advice, but do u mean u actually don't use the AG for your grows? But only for tomotoes and vegtables? I like the setup, I'm not concerned about spending a few hundred, just actually wondering how the AG compares to a simple, custom setup in the same price range.

Yes i have a AG pro 200. But mine is sitting in a small cabinet. If you are considering to buy one. You need to know the basics of how MJ plant reacts to light. So at some point in time you will need to consider a place to have it set up. Because you also need to have darkness as well. You cant just leave the Aerogarden on you're kitchen table. :> Well maybe you can. But i cant.

Maybe i am missing something. maybe not. Good luck on the purchase or not.

I am using an AeroGarden at the moment, but this setup will limit you on how much you will yield. This bubbleponics system is what I'm upgrading to next, but eventually I'm going to build a perpetual system.

Anyway, you really need to do some research on cultivation of marijuana specifically before deciding to grow. These plants are very finicky with light and nutrients, so be warned.

I didn't actually notice that cardinal, I thought it was a custom setup, y do u say I can't just leave it out in the open? I assumed that was what people mainly did, I'm not concerned about hiding it all all if that's what u were incinuating
