count on at least a 1/2 oz per plant but I presume up to an oz with that size.,...
I mean no one can know for sure with this thing we have.... your right its an experiment and a good one Can someone else please speculate? My goal for my next grow is a 2 week veg keeping the light as close as possible and a 2 1/2 (6 week) flowering...so total time to harvest is 2 months (give or take) Im stoned and rambling peace -Tek

I would be suprised if you got more than 1 oz.. the lights are just not powerful enough.... You would be best off growing 4-6 plants.. letting them get 6-10 inches tall.. and then cloning/pruning them down to about 4 inches... wait a couple days and then flower... or add some side lighting
cheers of course i am speculating.. LOL iloveyou |

Quote:
Unless supporting a political idea can raise a lot of money and votes for a politician, supporting that idea publicly becomes a detriment for them. Especially when their opponent will immediately label them "SOFT ON CRIME!". I know that is total BS, but it's a political reality how politicians distort the truth to discredit their opponents. Think off all the negative political ads you've seen, and then then imagine the inevitable commercial saying "Politician X wants to let millions of drug dealers and addicts out on the street...how many of them will move into YOUR neighborhood with your children?" or some crap like that. LOL For every one vote potentially gained by supporting marijuana law reform (with the possible exception of medical marijuana), any mainstream candidate will lose more than one vote from the conservative voting base. Even worse, the only significant amount of political money to be gained from supporting marijuana law reform would have to come from the dealers (not the users) - and the serious dealers don't WANT this law reform, because legalization would lower prices and literally decimate their current profit margins. Think about it: How much money have you and all your potsmoking friends together donated to support a politician? Now compare that to the religious groups and how much they donate to the politicians who support their causes. Then watch the media and see how many TV shows and how many mainstream news stories support recreational marijuana in any way shape or form. When recreational marijuana is mentioned at all, it is always with negative connotations. That is the public opinion we are hoping will somehow affect the change we desire, but when you analyze the situation honestly, you can clearly see how unlikely that is to happen any time soon. Support for medical marijuana is making some strides forward, and that is something I guess - but you pretty much have to be on death's door to get any benefit from that. That's great for those unfortunate people, but it doesn't help the rest of us directly at all. Maybe after 10-20 years of the world becoming familiar with those patients and seeing how MJ helped them, it will gradually shift public opinion enough to support other law reforms, but by then (according to statistics) most CURRENT users will not care about smoking pot anymore. Statistically, 80% of recreational MJ is used by people 12-30 years old, so in 10-20 years most of you will no longer be in that demographic. Essentially, politics caters primarily to the wealthy and influential people in society - and that segment of society just doesn't care enough about the legalization of MJ in the current social environment to enable political change. It's sad and disappointing, but it's true. Last edited by Shiitake; 04-24-2007 at 09:07 AM.. |

Ok I bought my aerogarden in october, I have been vegging for 5 weeks and flowering for almost 2. One of my plants started budding but it looks like it is a hermie. I see what could be trichomes and also what look like pollen sacs on the same cluster. It is my biggest plant at 3 feet tall and i'd hate to kill him and then finding out i shouldnt have. what do you think?
Extras: I have separated the lights and put them on a timer with a laptop figure 8 power cord ( im a tech so that was easy, look for IBM laptop power cords for a perfect fit) i plugged a surge protector into the timer and added 2 extra 100 watt equivalent CFL lights also about 3 weeks ago i got fox farm grow big and big bloom and have been using them exclusively i have a fishtank air pump and 2 airstones for extra oxygen. my roots are thick and very healthy looking ( you can barely see the water anymore) the stems are about as thick as my thumb especially where I started using the airstone and up. |
