Transplant clones into aerogarden?

Hey all, about to get into my first AG grow, I was wondering, is it possible to buy clones from the pharmacy(probably soil) and plant them in the aerogarden thus saving about 2 weeks of seedling growing time? How would I go about doing this? I've been reading all the FAQs and guides and following grow reports but I'm still a noob, any ideas?

Well most clones should come in rockwool, or even they AG sponges, if there in dirt, i would just gently rinse off the roots with water, then transplant into the grow sponge, but most clone i have seen are in hydro set ups

ok, so if im planting a clone in the aerogarden i just take it out of the rockwool and into the AG sponge? what about into soil do i leave the rockwool on and plant the whole thing in a pot with foxfarm ocean burst soil, or do i take the rockwool off and plant it?
