The pH was at about 7.8 when I checked it this morning at 10.... it's either obvious that it continuously rises up, or that the lemon juice concentrate is merely a temporary fix that only lasts X amount of hours.... this will probably be annoying until I get some real pH up/down.

pH is resting at about a 6.0 for the time being. I will check it periodically today.

All growth has increased slightly over the night. The sprouts are about ready to kick off their seed casings it looks like. Pretty sure the one in the back right corner might have its first set of miniature leaves sprouting.


I plan on keeping the domes on the plants until they've already sprouted their first four leaves... Also I plan on keeping the domes on until the plants are threatening growing enough to touch their leaves to the plastic.

I ordered the joint doctor mix (50GPB = ~$75) for 20 seeds... 10 lowryder and 10 lowryder 2. They came with 10 free skunk haze seeds or something as well (don't worry about finding out how to get these, they will automatically add them in packaging after your purchase).

I got no cracked seeds in either batch. I germinated the joint doctor seeds and got a 100% germination rate (damnit, I used two extra seeds in thought that at least two wouldnt work). I have nothing but good things to say about dope seeds. Their shipping is VERY reasonable. It arrived in about 6 days (they claimed 5-7). I also heard that if you get cracked seeds, you can just email them back and they'll send you replacements. Packaging was discrete and mundane except for the obviously UK stamps.

Here's my other soil project... I'm currently much more interested with my aerogarden but this is some germinated and sprouted bagseed plants that I've started flowering about 10 days ago or so. They don't show any signs of sex yet... or at least not that I can tell =P but I've never sexed before.
