that really was the easiest most compatible (with my way of growing) thing ive ever seen. looks like i got a new item list to search for.

i told my girl to turn off the hps.. ill move it and put the aerogarden hood back on till they have had a few walks around the block...
the fan thing.. i wana get like a table regular old ass white one that oscilates.. but i cant find a homie with one hes willing to fork over.. nor am i willing to buy a new one from the store.. a used one for cheap will pop up i just gotta use that big ass thing till it comes along lol.

and once the babys are more grown up how far should hps be away from the plants?
6-8 inches? 12"?

IDK I think it depends on the wattage of the bulb, for a 150w 7-8 inches from tips sounds reasonable

general rule of thumb with lighting is put your hand at the tops of the plants and if your hand is burning, so will your plants. normly hps need to be a foot off the plants but with my 150w hps i found 8" to be comfortable for my babies. The guy at my local hydro store had his 150w hps only 6 inches off his plants.

ok thanks guys. how many nodes should the plants have b4 i turn the HPS back on? remember there auto's.

also, hopefully the fulltime swaying and stuff from the wind off the fan they wont sit in one spot long enuf to burn or get the dredded air pockets caused by low circulation!

I would say after like 3 nodes, sounds like you gettin everythang haha, i just ordered a pH kit, and a pH meter, needs to be between 5.5 and 5.7, 6 is a lil high, good lucc homie
