yah im using compact uvb lights on the right side of my flower room to do a comparison. i know it helps tho.

I can't see the light hurting it any.
If you watched that video. It seems that UVB is the missing key to indoor growing. IMO
The first pic is close to the light you can see the UVB light in the back ground.
The second pic is away from the UVB ligh, on the other side of the plant.

Thats Nice Dude.
They said that light was good up to 20 inches.
I've got the plant touching the light.
The light is pretty cool to the touch.

No issues with the plants having the UVB light on for 12/12
The leaves are darker, that are closer to the light.
The (1) UVB light I have matched the square feet of my grow area.
I'm thinking when It's on it's like being at the equator for 12 hours.
I guess if you have more UVB for your square feet that your growing in you might not have to leave it on all the time. Different Strains might have different reactions to the UVB. Maybe or maybe not.

the uv grow club lol

thanks yeah i got the shop lamp at wallmart for 10$ and the 2 blubs at $20 a piece, w/ a grounded timer thats set on 3hrs on/off cycle 2 times on during the 12/12
any suggestions or your timing?

I have the UVB come on when the HPS comes on.
it's on 12/12.
The Video with marijuana Man was saying that dude only had his
on for 5 hours. I guess what ever you think is best.
