Well, thier not exactly stunted just growing at an incredibly slow slow rate. theyre going to be 21 days old sunday.

I'm kinda a newb but just based on the description I'd say it isn't a good idea:
"The species of microorganisms in our product are specifically selected for fruiting and flowering plants with a tolerance to heavy fertilizing." If they're just little guys in veg, then they are way outta range of what the products designed for as they probably have little to no tolerance to fertilizing yet.
