Default should I feed this to my stunted seedlings?

Well, thier not exactly stunted just growing at an incredibly slow slow rate. theyre going to be 21 days old sunday.
So I go to the local hydro shop to see what they would recommend for my plant problem.

I ended up buying a bag of this stuff called oregonism xl.
what do you guys think?

I'm kinda a newb but just based on the description I'd say it isn't a good idea:

"The species of microorganisms in our product are specifically selected for fruiting and flowering plants with a tolerance to heavy fertilizing."

If they're just little guys in veg, then they are way outta range of what the products designed for as they probably have little to no tolerance to fertilizing yet.

a really awesome product is house and gardens "roots excelurator." it's a bit pricey, but it works like magic!
